Advani congratulates Anurag for victory in Lok Sabha polls

Shimla, Jun 3 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition L K Advani today congratulated Anurag Thakur for his spectacular victory in the recently concluded Lok Sabha bypolls in Hamirpur constituency of Himachal Pradesh.

He termed Mr Thakur as the ''rising star'' of Indian politics when the young leader sought blessings for a successful political career during his meeting with the former deputy prime minister.

Mr Thakuar was accompanied by his father and state Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, who was in Delhi today.
