YSR to reshuffle cabinet soon

Hyderabad, Jun 2 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today said the state cabinet would be reshuffled soon.

Participating in a local TV channel interview, he said former Minister T Jeevan Reddy, who was defeated in the byelection from Karim Nagar MP seat, would be inducted in the cabinet.

As per the advise by the Chief Minister, Mr Jeevan Reddy was resigned from his minister post for the contest.

Claiming that the people reposed faith on the Congress, he said the byelection results had proved that the people were not believing in the Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS).

Stating that the Congress was respecting the Telangana sentiment and the issue would be solved by evolving consensus among all political parties, Dr Reddy said the party would be strengthened before the next Lok Sabha elections.
