Rajasthan Govt must accept Gurjar's demand: Uma

Mandsaur, MP, June 2 (UNI) Bharatiya Janshakti (BJ) President Uma Bharti today said the Rajasthan Government should be sensitive towards Gurjars and accept their demand for reservation.

''The demand for reservation by Gurjars is completely legitimate,'' Ms Bharti told reporters here.

Taking a dig at the Centre for rising inflation, the sadhvi said it has made life difficult for people. However, she said, state governments could have at least controlled prices of essential goods but failed to do so.

Referring to drought situation in Bundelkhand division, Ms Bharti said poor people must be provided wheat at Rs three per kg to poor people even if they did not come under BPL list.
