Govt official held, Rs 42 lakh worth assets unearthed
Hyderabad, Jun 2 (UNI) Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today raided the houses of Assistant Engineer of Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation at Peddavoora mandal in Nalgonda district and unearthed disproportionate assets worth Rs 42 lakh.
An official release here said the ACB officials arrested Ramachandra Reddy and seized assets, which included 21 plots at Uppal, a car, a house, gold worth Rs 50,000 and bank balance worth Rs 50,000 in various banks.
The official would be produced before a Special Judge for ACB cases here.
