2 ULFA rebels killed in encounter

Guwahati, Jun 2: Two ULFA militants were killed in an encounter with the Army at Kharbang in Assam's Goalpara district late last night.

The militants belonged to the '109 battalion' of the banned outfit.

Two grenades, as many pistols and some incriminating documents were also recovered from them.
