Prohibitory orders remain in force in Shamshadabad
Vidisha, MP, June 1 (UNI) Situation was completely under control at Shamshadabad in this district where prohibitory orders under section 144 of the CrPC were imposed following tension between two groups yesterday, police said.
Additional police force have been deployed in various parts of Shamshadabad. Police were maintaining a tight vigil on the situation.
Two teachers, including a woman, of a private school were missing since Friday night due to an alleged love affair. Some people set a jeep on fire in the town and indulged in vandalism in front of the house of the teacher. No was injured during the incident.
Prohibitory orders were clamped to control the situation.
Meanwhile, both teachers were still missing.
On the complaint of the lady teacher's father, a case has been registered against the other teacher. No arrest has been made thus far.
