One arrested for giving drug laced biscuits

Fatehgarh Sahib, June 1 (UNI) A Jammu resident who used to give drug laced biscuits to loot passengers was arrested today near Sirhind bus stand.

Krishan Lal reportedly gave drug laced biscuits to his co-passenger Gurpreet Singh after befriending him. When Gurpreet alighted at Sirhind bus stand, he started feeling unwell.He noticed that Krishan Lal was chasing him. He somehow managed to inform the police who immediately arrested Krishan Lal.

The police recovered drug laced biscuits from his possession. He was presented before the local court, where he was remanded in police custody till Monday.
