One dead, another injured in Palamu
Daltonaganj, May 31 (UNI) A person was killed and another seriously injured today when their vehicle overturned at Dhartiahar under Chainpur police station in Jharkhand's Palamu district.
Police said the victim, identifed as Reyaju (19), died on the spot whereas the injured was rushed to a nearby hospital under critical condition.
The mishap occurred when the driver lost control over the vehicle in an effort to avoid hitting a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction, police said.
