TN Govt transfers IPS officers

Chennai, May 30 (UNI) In a major reshuffle today, Tamil Nadu Government today transferred several IPS officers.

Those officers who are tranferred in the first phase included - T Jayachandran, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime and Traffic, Tirunelveli City, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, Tirunelvei City, in the existing vancancy.

P Nagarajan IPS, Superintendent of Police is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Headquarters, Coimbatre City, from where D Krishnmamoorthy is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Ariyalur District. M S Muthuswamy, who was Superintendent of Police, Ariyalur District, has been tranferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police T Nagar, Chennai Police.

S Lakshmi, Deputy Commissioner of Police T Nagar, Chennai Police, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Triplicane, Chennai Police.

M Ramasubramani, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Triplicane, Chennai Police, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police Madhavaram, Chennai Police, which was holded by S Pannerselvam, IPS.

B Balanagadevi, IPS, Superintendent of Police has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Secretariat Security, Chennai Police.

K Thondiraj, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Secretariat Security, Chennai Police, is now posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime and Traffic, Coimbatore City, from where M Vijayalakshmi, was transferred. She has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime and Traffic, Trichy City, in the existing vacancy.

J Bhaskaran, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Anti Dacoity Cell, Chennai is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police Coastal Security Group, Chennai.
