Nagarjuna Construction Q4 net up 284%

New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) Infrastructure major Nagarjuna Construction Company today said its net profit has surged 284 per cent to Rs 5,263 crore during the quarter ended March 2008, as compared to Rs 1,368 crore during the corresponding quarter a year ago. The company's total income rose 41 per cent to Rs 1,25,779 crore during the fourth quarter in FY08 as against Rs 89,484 crore in Q4 FY07.

The company's net profit for FY08 surged 40 per cent to Rs 16,195 crore as against Rs 11,566 crore in FY07, while the total income increased 20 per cent to Rs 3,47,849 crore in FY08 from Rs 2,90,023 crore during FY07.
