Lanco Infratech Q4 net at Rs 109.99 cr

New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) Lanco Infratech Ltd today said its net profit stood at Rs 109.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as against Rs 24.26 crore for the same quarter a year earlier.

Total income stood at Rs 668.94 crore for the fourth quarter in FY08 from Rs 220.21 crore for the same period last year.

It posted a net profit of Rs 200.17 crore for FY08 whereas the same was at Rs 73.06 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007.

Total income stood at Rs 1,603.62 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 as against Rs 553.39 crore for FY07.

The Group registered a net profit of Rs 159.46 crore for Q4 FY08 from Rs 56.9 crore for the same quarter a year ago.

Total income for the Group stood at Rs 1267.76 crore for the fourth quarter in FY08 as against Rs 500.56 crore for the same period a year ago.

The Group posted a net profit of Rs 354.17 crore for FY08 where as the same was at Rs 187.99 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The Group's total income stood at Rs 3,336.55 crore for FY08 where as the same was at Rs 1,647.34 crore for FY07.

''During FY07, the company had consolidated certain group entities engaged in the business of power, construction, property development and infrastructure under its management. Hence, the consolidated results for the current period are not fully comparable with those of the corresponding period of the previous year,'' a company statement said.
