Hanumantha Jayanthi celebrated at Tirumala

Tirumala, May 30 (UNI) The Hanumantha Jayanthi festival was celebrated in Sri Bedi Anjaneya swamy temple in Tirumala as well as Prasanna Anjaneya swamy temple situated at seveth mile in the first Ghat road here today.

Special pujas were performed in morning and evening in both the temples, respectively, which were witnessed by a large number of devotees.

The Transport Department provided free bus services for the transportation of the pilgrims and the general public from Tirumala to seventh mile.
