Delhi HC closes for summer vacation

New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) The Delhi High Court will close for summer recess today and reopen on July 1.

A notification issued by Registrar General Ajit Bharihoke said six judges have been nominated to work as vacation judges to deal with urgent cases requiring immediate hearing.

The vacation judges are Justices Siddharth Mridul, Manmohan, S N Aggarwal, Sunil Gaur, J S Bhayana and Rajeev Shakdher, it said.

These judges will sit in court on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The office of the court will remain open daily from 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs except on second Saturday, Sundays and other holidays, it added.
