Class X student hangs self for scoring less
New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) A class X student, who just passed his board exams, allegedly hanged himself for scoring less than his friends, in Aman Vihar area of outer Delhi.
Sujeet's mother found the 16-year-old hanging at his Prem Nagar residence this morning, said sources.
He was rushed to the Sanjay Gandhi Hospital but could not be saved.
A student of a private public school, Sujeet was depressed that his friends studying in government schools had scored better than him, family sources added.
