Chhota Shakeel's associate surrenders fearing encounter
Mumbai, May 30 (UNI) Thane police today arrested Noora Pathan, an alleged hench man of Karachi-based gangster Chhota Shakeel, after he dramatically appeared on a TV channel expressing fear that he might be killed in a fake police encounter.
Pathan was allegedly involved in Afzal Topi murder case that took place in Mumbra town of Thane district last week.
According to family sources, he was apprehensive that he might be killed in a fake police encounter.
He will be produced in a local court tomorrow, police said.
