BJYM's Yuva Jodo Yatra from June 9

Bhopal, May 30: The Madhya Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) unit will launch 'Yuva Jodo Yatra' with the objective to propagate achievements of the state government and to connectyoung people to the party.

State BJYM President Vishwas Sarang told reporters here today the yatra, starting from June 9, would begin from the birthplace of freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad at Bhabhra in Jhabua district on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Birsa Munda, a great freedom-fighter of the First War of Independence, 1857.

The 6,000 km-long yatra would traverse through 180 assembly segments, 284 tahsils and 371 divisions and culminate in the state capital on July 9. About 10 lakh youths would be connected during this yatra.

During the yatra, young people would sign a 'sankalpa patra (letter of oath)' against terrorism and inflation and for bringing the Shivraj Singh Chouhan Government back into power.

Various district and divisional level programmes would be organised, during which national and state level office-bearers of the BJYM would be designated during the yatra.

State BJYM incharge Ajay Pratap Singh could also be present in the yatra.
