Telecommunication links disrupted in Tripura

Agartala, May 29 (UNI) Telecommunication links in Tripura remained affected for the last three days following the continuous demonstration by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) Employees' Union.

The internet services also remained disrupted since yesterday, as the BSNL employees launched 'Stay away from work' movement in the state along with rest of the country.

The BSNL employees were protesting the move to privatise the telecom company.
