Rod Stewart demands 'oxygen kit' for his world tour

London, May 29 : Veteran rocker Rod Stewart has reportedly demanded an oxygen kit to help get him through his exhausting world tour.

The gravel-voiced 63-year-old demanded "two first aid type oxygen kits" with masks and gave contact details of a local supplier for a gig on May 23.

"The oxygen kits had everyone talking," the Mirror quoted the source, as saying.

"It wasn't the sort of thing that you'd expect but he is such a star that anything goes and we were more than happy to oblige," the source added. In a 30-page list of his requests, the singer has demanded 48 white, Fifa size 5, non-logo footballs so he could have a kick about then boot them into the crowd at the Ruten festival, Norway.

He had also demanded 8,000 pounds of food a day for himself and his crew but an "economical" breakfast of doughnuts for the local team, a marquee, a hotel's presidential suite, three limousines, UK papers and good dry cleaners.
