Mob ransacks Win TV channel's office in Kolhapur
Kolhapur, May 29 (UNI) A mob of about 20-25 people today ransacked a local cable television channel, Win TV, belonging to Maharashtra Non-Conventional Energy Minister Vinay Kore, over business rivalry.
Police said a mob of about 20-25 persons, mostly youth, entered the Win TV office situated in the city's busy Gujari area and allegedly beat two employees and damaged furniture as well as other materials.
As per primary information, the attackers reportedly belonged to another local cable TV channel and apparently assaulted the Win TV office over business rivalry, they added.
