JB group launches Falafel's Veg Hummuns House

Mumbai, May 29 (UNI) JB N JEG Foods Private Limited has launched vegetarian, Mediterranean, fresh cuisine through its Falafel's Veg Hummuns House.

It has already opened five outlets here.

Speaking at a press conference here last night, JBN LEG Foods Private Limited Director Mr Eli Zendaka said, ''We wanted Indian partners who understood the market and the customer sentiments and tastes. In JB we found the ideal business partner as our business philosophy and ideology is same that is to serve the best and healthy vegetarian food with good service and ambiance at an affordable price to the customers.

The Group is a multi-national corporation founded in India in 1965, which now operates in markets spanning 13 countries and it announced its foray in food business; the Group formed a new company JB N JEG Foods Private Limited.

Besides the main kitchen at Lamington area in south Mumbai along with four outlets at Colaba and Gowalia Tank, Bandra, Lokhandwala Andheri and three more outlets opening shortly at K-star Mall at Chembur, Inorbit mall at Vashi and Oberio Mall at Goregaon.

''We are targeting to open 30 Falafel's outlets at Mumbai and other cities like Pune, Surat, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi by 2009. It would be 100 outlets not just in India but also in South East Asia and Europe with an investment of Rs 100 crore by 2011. The Company has customised the cuisine according to the Indian taste and is also offering Jain courses and all this and much more at a very economical price starting from Rs 45 to Rs 125 inclusive of taxes,'' he added.
