Jairam to distribute Spices Board awards tomorrow
Kochi, May 28 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Commerce Jairam Ramesh will honour here tomorrow more than 140 exporters and spice farmers for excellence in production and export during the past three years.
The awards, instituted by the Spices Board, carried a trophy and a certificate of merit.
The awardees would include those achieving new records in production of cardamom (small and large) and vanilla, an official release here said today.
