HC orders district court to refrain from Brijesh transfer case
Allahabad, May 28 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today directed Varanasi District Judge and CJM not to create obstacle in the way of transferring mafia don Brijesh Singh from Varanasi Central Jail to Bareilly Central Jail.
A Bench comprising Justices Imtiaj Murtaza and Vikram Nath pronounced the decision while hearing a writ petition filed by Uttar Pradesh Government.
The Court has directed UP government to follow the orders of transferring Brijesh Singh.
The Court has fixed second week of July as the next date of hearing.
