Air Arabia introduces daily service to Kozhikode

New Delhi, May 28, (UNI) Low cost carrier Air Arabia today announced the launch of its daily service between Kozhikode and Sharjah.

It already provides thrice weekly flights to the South Indian city.

''Now customers can choose either morning or evening flights between Sharjah and Kozhikode.'' Air Arabia commercial head A K Nizar said in a statement.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, flights will depart Sharjah at 0800 hrs and arrive in Kozhikode at 1325 hrs.

On the same days, return flights will depart Kozhikode at 1410 hrs and arrive in Sharjah at 1625 hrs.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, flights will depart Sharjah at 2245 hrs and arrives in Kozhikode at 0410 hrs the following day.

On the same days, return flights will depart Kozhikode at 0455 hrs and arrive in Sharjah at 0710 hrs.

''The increase in the number of flights to Kozhikode demonstrates our commitment to the Indian market and our desire to offer expatriates from this Indian city working in the West Asia competitively priced fares,'' Mr Nizar said.

''Kozhikode is the third city in Kerala to be an Air Arabia destination, giving residents there access to the extensive destination network of our carrier and the highest quality service possible,'' he added.
