5 Allahabad High Court Judges Named

New Delhi, May 28 (UNI) The appointment of five Judges to the Allahabad High Court by President Pratibha Patil was announced by the Law and Justice Ministry today.

Allahabad High Court Additional Judges Pankaj Mithal, Shiv Charan (Sharma), Satendra Kumar Jain, Vijay Kumar Verma and Subhash Chandra Nigam have been appointed Judges of the Court in that order of seniority, the announcement said.

The appointments take effect from the respective dates of their assumption of office, it said.
