Zoom Developers bag- 3 hotel projects by IRCTC
New Delhi, May 26 (UNI) Zoom Developers today said it has received three sites of IRCTC Rail Ratna Budget Hotel projects at Raipur, Bilaspur and Guwahati.
The project is for development of budget hotels of 75, 80, and 150 rooms at Raipur, Bilaspur and Guwahati respectively. Zoom Developers in consortium with the Toshali Sands Group have bid a license fee of Rs 40.44 crore, Rs 19.79 crore and Rs 29.29 crore respectively for each site to be paid over a period of 30 years, a company statement said.
''These budget hotels will cater to the growing demand of the railway travellers,'' company Head (Business Development) Rameet Trehan said.
With this, Zoom Developers has orders for 15 hotel sites of the 24 bids opened so far.
IRCTC will soon open tenders for the remaining six sites at Puducherry, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai Egmore, Chennai Central and Anand Vihar, Delhi.
