Four killed as lorry overturns in Prakasam

Prakasam, May 26: Four people were killed and an equal number injured, two of them seriously, when a lorry, on which they were travelling, overturned near Penchikalapadu village of Bestavaripeta Mandal in Prakasham district today.

Police said the driver of the lorry, transporting tomatoes from Kadapa to Guntur, lost control at a curve when the mishap occurred. The injured were admitted to Giddalore government hospital.

A case was registered.
