Special casual leave for govt employees on election duty

Chandigarh, May 25 (UNI) The Punjab Government has decided to allow special casual leave on May 27 to all those employees of the state government who are performing election duty tomorrow on account of Panchayat elections.

Stating this here today a spokesman of the Government said that the special casual leave granted to the employees would not be counted in their casual leaves and this holiday will be in lieu of a holiday on May 26 which was declared earlier.
