UP: Mound collapse kills mother, daughter

Varanasi, May 25: A woman and her daughter were buried alive after a mud mound collapsed, while her two other children sustained injuries in Kapsethi area here.

Tara Devi (55) got trapped along with her children in Lahia village yesterday, police said.

By the time, locals reached for rescue, woman and a minor had died.

The injured had been admitted to hospital.
