AIDS office burnt down in Manipur

Imphal, May 25 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants today burnt down the office of Manipur State AIDS Control Society.

Police said some documents kept in two of its rooms had been destroyed in the fire at the office at Lamphelpat here.

However, there had been no casualties as the office was closed due to Sunday being a holiday. Nevertheless, two officials, who were nearby managed to alert fire brigade, police said.
