Govt employee, Bhojpuri film actress held for running sex racket

Gorakhpur, May 24 (UNI) Police have arrested eight people, including a Bhojpuri film actress and a government employee, for running a sex racket in Shapur station area here late last night.

On a tip-off, police raided Lucknow Railway's senior inspector G P Srivastava's residence in Bauliya railway colony.

They arrested him and seized a camera and other equipment used in making blue films.

During interrogation, Mr Srivastava revealed the names of six girls and one Sudhir Saxena, who were involved with him in the crime.

Police have arrested the accused and they accepted their involvement in the racket.
