BJYM demands probe into minister-godmen link
Kozhikode, May 24 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) in Kerala today urged the government to order a probe into the alleged link between Cooperation Minister G Sudhakaran and controversial self-styled godmen in the state.
Speaking to newspersons here, Morcha state president K Surendran said an investigation was necessary to unravel the truth as Mr Sudhakaran, who recently launched a tirade against the godmen, had visited Guruvayur-based Harinarayana Swami four times recently.
He also called upon the CPI(M) leadership to come out with their stance on the issue.
Howwever, Mr Sudhakaran, while denying any link with Swami Harinarayan, said he had only participated in a public feast in his ashram.
