D Chandrasekaran re-appointed as SEC

Chennai, May 23: Mr D Chandrasekaran has been re-appointed as the Tamil Nadu State Election Commissioner for a second term.

The appointment was cleared by Governor S S Barnala and it was notified in the Government Gazette, an official release said.

His term would be two years with effect from yesterday.
