Morning showers bring down temperature in Bihar

Patna, May 23 (UNI) A smart shower this morning brought down the temperature considerably.

The mercury had dipped after continuous spells of rain at isolated parts of North Bihar in the last couple of days.

The showers brought down the temperature in Patna and its neighbouring areas quite considerably providing a much needed relief to the people in the state capital.

The local Met office recorded the day's maximum temperature at 27 degrees Celsius and minimum at 26 degrees Celsius.

The maximum relative humidity was pegged moderate at 60 per cent this afternoon.

Meanwhile,the Met office said the city may witness thunder showers later tonight.
