Heat wave conditions prevail in coastal districts
Hyderabad, May 23 (UNI) Heat wave conditions prevailed in East and West Godavari districts of coastal Andhra Pradesh, according to weather office here today.
The maximum temperature significantly fell at one or two places in the state. They were significantly above normal at many places in the remaining districts of coastal Andhra Pradesh but significantly below normal at one or two places over Telangana and Rayalaseema.
The highest temperature of 43 degree Celsius was recorded at Tuni.
However, rain occurred at a few places over Rayalaseema.
The amounts of rainfall recorded in cm are Arogyavaram six, Palamaner three and Venkatagiri Kota two.
