Two held for threatening blast in Gorakhpur
Kanpur, May 22: Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) of police have arrested two persons for threatening to blow off the Gorakhpur Railway Station here late last night, police said today.
On May 18, Lucknow railway station public relation officer Alok Kumar Tripathi had received a call, in which the caller had threatened to blow off the Gorakhpur railway station.
During investigation it was found that the mobile number from which the threat call was made belonged to Mohammad Anish and Babloo of Gwaltoli area.
The police team raided their residence last night and arrested the duo.
Both, Anish and Babloo run small bangles shop at Shiwala and Govindnagar areas respectively.
A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
