Patna to host five-day multimedia campaign

Patna, May 22(UNI) Aiming to create mass awareness on Bharat Nirman and other welfare schemes of the Union Government, Directorate of Field Publicity in association with Inter Media Publicity Coordination Committee, Bihar, would host a five-day long Multimedia Campaign begining here at Naubatpur on May 25.

Official sources here today said the campaign will be inaugurated by Union Minister for Rural Development Dr Raghuvansh Prasad Singh.The other guests of honour include Ram Kripal Yadav(MP) Shyam Rajak (MLA) and Anil Kumar(MLA).

During the campaign, information on various schemes like Right to Information, NREGA, PM's 15-point programmefor the welfare of Minorities, National Rural Health Mission, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Mid-day Meal scheme will be given to the masses through seminar, public meeting quiz, film show and cultural programmes, sources added.
