Mild quake shakes Bhaderwah in J

Bhaderwah, May 21 (UNI) A slight magnitude earthquake shook this township of mountainous Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir early this morning.

Mild tremors were felt at about 0515 hrs while a majority of people were sleeping.

People woke up and ran out of their homes in panic, but the temblor was soon over.

There was no immediate word on loss of life or damage to property.

Earlier, a 3.8 magnitude quake had shaken Bhaderwah town on May 10.
