HDIL FY08 net profit rises 157.27% at Rs 1,409.84 cr

New Delhi, May 21 (UNI) Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) today said its net profit has increased 157.27 per cent to Rs 1,409.84 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 548 crore during the previous fiscal.

Total revenue also rose 98.66 per cent to Rs 2,433.29 crore for FY08 from Rs 1,224.79 crore during the same period last year, a company statement said.
