ech Mahindra posts Rs 221.4 cr Q4 loss

New Delhi, May 20 (UNI) Tech Mahindra Ltd today said its loss for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008, on consolidated basis, declined 32.7 per cent to Rs 221.4 crore as compared to loss of Rs 329 crore for the same quarter a year ago.

The total income for Q4FY08, however, increased 18.91 per cent to Rs 1,058.2 crore from Rs 889.9 crore for the corresponding period last year.

The Group's net profit surged 171.5 per cent to Rs 329.9 crore for FY08 as compared to Rs 121.5 crore last fiscal.

Total income of the Group for FY08 increased 31.87 per cent to Rs 3,870.5 crore from Rs 2,935 crore for FY07.
