Arrest warrants against Gujjar leader Col Bainsla
Jaipur, May 20 (UNI) A local court in Hondon town of Karauli district has issued arrest warrants for five Gujjar leaders including Gujjar Reservation Action Committee Convener Col Kirodi Singh Bainlsa.
According to Official sources Sub Divisional Magistrate Jagdish Arya today issued the warrants under section 107, 116 and 151 in view of possibility of breach of peace during the Rail Roko agitation on May 23.
Col Bainsla had given a call for Rail Roko in Bayana town of Bharatpur district on May 23 to revive agitation for pressing up on the demand of ST status for Gujjar Community.
However, certain outfits within the Community, including Akhil Bharatiya Gujjar Chetna Munch have already opposed Col Bainsla's move and decided to boycott the rail roko agitation.
