Tata Motors launches Indica V2 Xeta LPG
New Delhi, May 16 (UNI) Switching over to green, the country's largest automobile company Tata Motors today launched Indica V2 Xeta LPG in two variants-- GLE and GLS priced at Rs 3.27 lakhs and Rs 3.42 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.
The Indica V2 Xeta LPG, equipped with a dual fuel (petrol and LPG) engine, reduces CO2 emissions by about 10 per cent and deliveres excellent fuel efficiency both in the city and on highways.
The car comes with a 1.2-litre multi-point fuel injection system engine with two electronic control units in master-slave configuration, the company said in a statement.
The engine meets BSIII emission norms, but can be upgraded to meet Euro IV norms.
The new Xeta dual-fuel LPG ensures a smooth transition between the two fuel modes, even on the move.
