Mumbai, May 16 (UNI) Modern Building Management (MBM), a Dubai-based conglomerate of ETA Ascon Group, and Eagle Hunter Solutions Limited (EHSL), an internationally-reputed company, have formed a joint venture to unveil Eagle Hunter MBM Facility Management Pvt Ltd in India, to offer customers a comprehensive solution for cleaning and maintenance.

The joint venture between the two prominent corporate entities was inked in March this year. An announcement to this effect was made at the three-day, first-of-its-kind, Facility Management Show 2008 (FMS'08), wherein EHMBM Facility Management Pvt Ltd, unveiled its entire gamut of service portfolio.

EHSL Managing Director Tej Raj Lohia, who will oversee the operations of the joint venture, said ''Apart from focusing on the environment, we place maximum emphasis on the comfort of the customer through a professionally-operated system as well as highly-motivated and trained personnel across India. We have started our operations in five major cities -- Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. We will expand the business across 50 cities India by the end of the year.

''Our prime targets are FM service providers, real estate developers, shopping malls, BPOs and IT segment. In the span of three to six months time, we will be fully equipped with comprehensive infrastructure and facility to cater all customer segments,'' he said.

EHMBM Facility Management Pvt Ltd will provide complete solution after recognising the needs of a business through an individual perception based on expertise, knowledge and capability. In the process of providing either internal or external cleaning requirements, the company will continuously strive to improve quality standards with focus on hard work and commitment, he added.
