Tractor collides with speedy train in Samastipur

Samastipur, May 15 (UNI) A child was killed and a driver seriously injured when a tractor collided with the 3106 Baliya-Siyaldah Express near Vidyapatinagar Railway station under Hajipur-Barauni rail division of the East Central Railways today.

Railway sources said here that the tractor was crossing the unmanned gate number 10 and was hit by the train which was on way to Barauni.

After collision the tractor fell upon a ten-year old child, standing near the railway track, killing him on the spot while the driver sustained multiple injuries and was rushed to a local hospital.
