Political parties protest against Jaipur blasts

Kanpur, May 14 (UNI) Condemning the gruesome blasts that rocked the pink city Jaipur last night, various political parties took to streets today in protest and burnt effigy symbolising ''terrorism''.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers assembled at Shikshak park, Naveen market and marched upto Parade crossing.

Lambasting the Centre for failing to control increasing terrorism, the mob of BJP workers burnt the effigy raising anti-terrorism slogans, sources said.

The irked mob also observed silence for two miniutes for the Jaipur blasts victims.

Similarly, the youth Congress and Samajwadi Party (SP) workers protested against the serial blasts.
