Courts' blasts accused produced in Faizabad court

Faizabad, May 14 (UNI) Four terrorists, accused of sinultaneous blasts in Courts' precincts, were today produced before a local court amid tight security cover, where their judicial custody was extended till May 28.

Owing to lawyers strike, Additional District Judge (III) R K Gautam has fixed May 28, as the next hearing date in the case.

During last hearing on May 1, the lawyers had showed their anger, saying no lawyer should represent these terrorists. The local advocates had also misbehaved with the accused lawyer.

However, the lawyer representing the terrorists was absent during hearing over lack of security to him.

Murder, attempt to murder, conspiracy and crime under Explosives Act -- were some of the charges framed against the guilty in the last hearing.

The accused included Mohammad Khalid Mujahiddin, Mohammad Tariq Kazmi, Mohammad Akhtar alias Tariq and Sajjadurhman.

In November 27, one of the serial blasts had rocked Faizabad court premises and had claimed the lives of four people and wounded 50 others.
