2 MPHC Additional Judges' Terms Extended

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) President Pratibha Patil has extended the terms of Madhya Pradesh High Court Additional Judges Sushma Shrivastava and Suresh Chandra Sinho by a year each, an announcement indicated this evening.

The announcement said the appointments of both Additional Judges in that order of seniority will take effect for a year from tomorrow when their respective current terms expire.

There has been no vacancy in permanent posts there, a Law and Justice Ministry source said.

Both had been appointed Additional Judges on May 15, 2006.
