Security tightened at Sri Venkateswara temple

Tirumala, May 13 (UNI) In the wake of serial bomb balasts in Jaipur this evening, security was beefed up at the world famous Sri Venkateswara temple here tonight.

According to TTD vigilance official sources, intensive checks were taking up at Alipiri checkpost and round the clock patrolling was pressed at Tirumala hills.

All sensitive areas at the hill atop were tightened, the sources said.
