Prahlad's exit: Uma still in shock

Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, May 13 (UNI) Bharatiya Janshakti President and Madhya Pradesh former Chief Minister Uma Bharti here today admitted that she was still in shock with the way general secretary Prahlad Patel had left the party.

Ms Bharti told reporters at Press Club that Mr Patel was like her brother and she had family relations with him. She was unable to understand the circumstances in which Mr Patel left the party.

She said the question should be directly asked to Mr Patel that why he joined and left BJ.

Walking down the memory lane, she said ''When I was preparing to constitute BJ after leaving Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mr Patel came to me and expressed his desire to join BJ''.

''I suggested him not to leave the BJP but he left that party and joined BJ and one day he suddenly decided to leave BJ,'' Ms Bharti said.
