Advocates join court after five months ceasework
Berhampur, May 13 (UNI) Over 2,000 advocates of Ganjam Bar Association today joined the courts ending their five-month long ceasework agitation demanding establishment of a permanent bench of High Court at Berhampur.
Ganjam Bar Association Secretary Mohan Singari, however, said they would continue the ceasework on the last four days of each month till their demand was fulfilled.
The functioning of the eleven judicial courts and as many revenue courts in this south Orissa town was virtually paralysed since December 4 last due to the ceasework agitation by the advocates.
