The UPA chairperson is also expected to assess the political situation in the state in wake of the coming Lok Sabha polls and can even discuss the issue with state leaders, he said.
Earlier, the Congress leader had visited her constituency on February 20, when she inaugurated a petroleum institute and nationalised bank programme.
BSP supremo Mayawati had launched a scathing attack on Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi over his pro-dalit attitude and the latter countering it with denouncing her government's misrule.
Her forthcoming visit has fueled speculations about another round of spat between the Congress and ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) after former Congress leader Akhilesh Das resigned from the party and joined BSP last week.
